13800 Arizona St., Suite 200, Westminster, CA 92683 Language Requirements Fluent English required Basic/conversational Vietnamese required Job Summary The Patient Support Specialist provides professional service and support to our clients and serves as a primary point of contact for general inquiries and assistance. This role focuses on maintaining positive client relationships, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and supporting day-to-day program and administrative activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Proactively contact clients to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and measure satisfaction. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone, email, text, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding agency services, policies, and procedures. Assist with coordinating team activities, delegating tasks, and supporting effective collaboration. Help develop program plans, protocols, timelines, milestones, and resources. Address client concerns and work toward appropriate and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with clients, team members, and internal departments to maintain effective communication and strong working relationships. Identify trends in client inquiries and provide feedback to help improve services and the overall client experience. Monitor program progress, collect data, and evaluate outcomes based on established metrics. Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate Excel records. Support program quality standards by following best practices, reviewing processes, and identifying areas for improvement. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent client service. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator and Clinical Director. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, administrative, healthcare, or related experience is preferred but not required. Fluent English communication skills. Basic/conversational Vietnamese communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to respond appropriately to client concerns. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Patient, professional, and comfortable communicating with a variety of clients. Strong organizational and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Continuing Education Employees are expected to participate in appropriate continuing education and mandatory educational programs as requested or required. Team members are also encouraged to take personal responsibility for educational activities that enhance job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
