Paul Mitchell The School Modesto is seeking a qualified Financial Aid Administrative Assistant to join our family! Financial Aid Administrative Assistant Role The Financial Aid Administrative Assistant works with the Financial Aid Leader to implement a customer-focused financial aid office that supports the Paul Mitchell Schools' culture, the admission process, service in the school, and its Future Professionals. He or she demonstrates integrity, ethical behavior, and a high level of confidentiality in recognizing and working with confidential information and records concerning the personal finances of Future Professionals. What We Are Looking For The Financial Aid Administrative Assistant must demonstrate human relations and effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse population of students. The position requires the ability to focus on a variety of tasks, He or she must maintain an organized and effective office and be able to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Best if familiar with clock hours & Title IV funding.
Skills/Competencies Required:
Computer and data entry skills required Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to multitask and coach others Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Solid work history with verifiable references Passion for the beauty industry Honesty and professionalism Paul Mitchell The School Modesto is an equal opportunity employer.
