Job Description

Overview Join our Graduate Medical Education (medical residency) support team as a Residency Administrator and become a vital part of our team supporting physicians in training! In this impactful role, you'll take on essential tracking, scheduling and operational support functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across required GME processes. Your high level of organization will help maintain the integrity of our two residency programs in Orthopedic Surgery and Family Medicine, support compliance and reporting activities, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities Accreditation & Compliance:
Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of ACGME requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure program compliance.
Administrative Operations:
Oversees daily logistics, including the management of resident data, interview preparations each fall, and onboarding new residents each spring.
Scheduling & Evaluation:
Coordinates clinical rotation schedules, lecture/didactic schedules, and ensures the accurate tracking of evaluations and assessments.
Committee Support:
Facilitates meetings for Faculty and Administrative Committees.
Communication Liaison:
Acts as a liaison between residents, faculty, participating institutions and related administrative staff. Additional related operational/financial tasks and reports: as assigned by the CEO to support the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Organization:
High level of organization, time management and prioritization to manage complex schedules and compliance documentation.
Technical Proficiency:
Competency with Microsoft Office required; preferred experience with Residency Management Systems (e.g., MedHub, NewInnovations).
Knowledge of ACGME:
Familiarity with ACGME requirements preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills to interact with applicants, residents, faculty and community partners.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
