You'll be an important part of our daily operations—helping the office run smoothly, supporting the team, and ensuring that the many small but important tasks of the day are handled with care. What You'll Do Keep the Office Running Smoothly Help maintain a welcoming, organized office environment Greet vendors and coordinate deliveries or service appointments Ensure supplies are stocked and the office stays tidy and functional Notice what needs attention and take initiative to handle it Administrative & Team Support Answer phones and assist with general office communication Manage incoming mail and physical documents Help prepare materials for meetings or leadership needs Support administrative processes that involve physical paperwork Assist with occasional office events or meetings Coordination & Organization Keep track of office supplies, deliveries, and inventory Help coordinate with building management and outside vendors Maintain simple records and logs for office systems and tools Assist with small operational projects that keep the team organized Technology & Systems Support Use Microsoft Office and other digital tools to support daily operations Help coordinate basic technology needs with outside IT support Assist with organizing equipment, devices, and software access for the team Maintain simple records related to company tools and systems Team & Culture Support Help prepare workspaces for new team members Assist with small office celebrations or team gatherings Provide occasional support across departments when needed Contribute to a positive and welcoming office atmosphere This Role Is Great For Someone Who Is detail-oriented and enjoys completing tasks thoroughly Likes juggling several smaller projects at once Is organized, dependable, and proactive Is comfortable learning and using technology and modern office software Has experience working in a professional office or administrative environment May be returning to the workforce after a short time away and looking for a consistent part-time role Enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly Works well independently but also enjoys being part of a team What You'll Appreciate About This Role Predictable part-time schedule (4-6 hours daily) A friendly, supportive workplace A variety of tasks that keep the day interesting The opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing organization You'll play an important role in creating a workspace where the entire team can do their best work.
