com Full Job Description Overview Global Urban Strategies Inc. (GUS) supports public agencies, nonprofits, and community-based organizations in securing funding and delivering complex initiatives. The firm provides full-lifecycle services, including funding strategy, program development, implementation oversight, and compliance management for grant-funded and non-grant-funded projects. GUS is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven Program Administrator to coordinate and manage multiple projects. This role requires strong organizational discipline, the ability to operate within structured systems, and the capacity to manage tasks and deliverables from initiation through completion. Core Responsibilities The Program Administrator is responsible for executing and managing assigned program and project activities across grant-funded and non-grant initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Execution and Delivery
  • Manage assigned tasks and workstreams from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Grant Administration and Compliance
  • Track deliverables, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure compliance with funding requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations. Data Tracking, Validation, and Performance Monitoring
  • Maintain program tracking systems, validate data accuracy, and monitor performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and variances. Reporting and Documentation Management
  • Prepare reports and invoices, maintain centralized records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation. Operations, Systems, and Process Management
  • Maintain and improve internal systems, workflows, and tracking tools to support efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Cross-Departmental Support
  • Support organizational projects across departments, including program development, research, outreach, and client deliverables. Complete all assigned tasks. Proposal Development (RFP's)
  • Assist with identifying opportunities, coordinating proposal development, and ensuring submission compliance with solicitation requirements. Community Engagement
  • Coordinate outreach activities, meetings, or events when required by specific projects Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in public administration, business, communications, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience working with structured data systems Experience with Monday.
com, Teams, and Microsoft Office products Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in compliance-driven environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Environment and Expectations This role operates in a deadline-driven environment requiring adaptability, initiative, and consistent attention to detail. The Program Administrator would support the Senior Program and Grant Administrator in managing multiple concurrent projects, maintaining structured systems, and delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Pay:
$60,000.00
