Job Description:
This temporary Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and additional support to the Pharmacy Director, UM/CM Director, Population Health Director, and Quality Director. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. This position also works closely with, and will take some direction from, the Aspire Administrative Assistant to ensure coordination across leadership activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CMO and assigned department leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and support meetings, including preparing agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes
  • Serve as a professional liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and communications to ensure timely completion
  • Support office operations, supply management, and general administrative needs
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of administrative or relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to use sound judgment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college coursework or relevant professional training preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Pay rate: $20.
