$20 - $23/hour About Us We are a growing landscaping company based in Moorpark looking for a motivated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Job Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: Typing and submitting proposals to clients Ordering equipment and materials for job sites Requesting and tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Setting up and maintaining new job files Performing landscape takeoffs Managing DMV registrations and renewals Data entry and database management Printing, organizing, and maintaining large-format plans Printing, organizing, and preparing paperwork for company ownership General office administration and support duties Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Detail-oriented and highly dependable Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional attitude and work ethic Experience in construction, landscaping, or a related industry is a plus Technical Requirements Applicants must be proficient in: Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Experience with blueprint reading, takeoffs, or construction administration is beneficial but not required.
