    Experience:
    One (1) year of responsible experience in clerical work with some experience in financial or statistical record keeping activities. 2. Attach a PDF copy to your EdJoin application of a High School Diploma, GED Certificate, or equivalent. AA/AS are NOT equivalent to the High School/GED Requirement. 3. Certificate of Keyboarding/Typing of 50 net WPM.
    • Test must be a 5 min typing test, conducted in-person.
    • Must be dated within the last 12 months to be valid.
    • Certificate MUST include:
    • Name of organization administering the exam
    • Your name, first and last
    • Date exam was taken (To be accepted, it must be dated within the last 12 months)
    • Certificate must be signed by the proctor of the exam
    ONLINE KEYBOARDING/TYPING TESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID TYPING CERTIFICATE, YOU WILL TAKE A TYPING EXAM ON THE DAY OF TESTING FOR THIS POSITION.

Successfully complete the District's competitive hiring process, to include a written test, performance test, interview, background checks, medical exam given by a District-appointed physician (when applicable), and the submission of a Tuberculosis Certificate showing the applicant is free from active tuberculosis within the past 4 years. Prior to employment, all applicants are subject to a fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ) and a fee for processing. Authorization of employment will not be granted until the fingerprint clearance from DOJ has been accepted. Applicants who fail to submit all required information will not be considered for employment. All documents MUST be legible.
