Administration Assistant Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC Murrieta, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $26 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Filing English QuickBooks Construction experience Full Job Description Job Summary SoCal Concrete Cleaners LLC is a licensed California contractor serving commercial/residential properties across Southern California with pressure washing, sand blasting, parking lot striping, and graffiti removal. We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to run our office — scheduling, invoicing, client communication, and the paperwork that keeps our jobs moving. Some of this work is specific to licensed contractors, like certified payroll and compliance filings. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails, take job requests, and get clients scheduled Build work orders for our crews — job details, site access, gate codes, and materials Send invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Assemble client and vendor packets, including insurance certificates and licensing documents Maintain our compliance records — insurance, licenses, certifications, and renewal dates Prepare certified payroll and file required job notices for public works projects Order supplies and materials, and keep job files organized and current Enter and maintain records in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and online client portals Experience One or more years in an office, administrative, billing, or customer service role Strong computer skills — Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Microsoft Office, PDFs, and web-based portals Excellent organization and follow-through; deadlines don't slip with you Comfortable making calls and following up persistently but professionally Construction, contracting, or trades office experience is a plus, not a requirement QuickBooks experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Pay is $20-$26 per hour depending on experience.
