Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills, as the Administrative Assistant will regularly interact with employees, applicants, clients, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, and able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Communicate with employees regarding call-offs, scheduling, attendance, and general questions Assist applicants and employees in person, by phone, text, and email Communicate professionally with clients and provide administrative support as needed Document employee call-ins, attendance updates, and other important information Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, filing, and document preparation Maintain organized and accurate employee and applicant records Use Microsoft Outlook to manage emails and calendars Use Microsoft Teams for internal communication and meetings Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Support office staff with daily administrative and customer service tasks Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee and client information Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with employees, applicants, and clients Ability to professionally handle call-offs, employee concerns, and high-volume phone calls Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Dependable, punctual, and professional
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
