Overview Join Balanced Skin Dermatology and Aesthetics as Front Office Coordinator, where your energy and leadership will elevate the patient experience and streamline front desk operations. In this role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the management team in delivering a seamless experience for every patient. Your interpersonal communication skills and hospitality expertise will be key in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction. Duties Assist the management in supervising front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Address phone calls and online inquiries to answer patient questions and schedule them for consultation with our physicians. Manage patient appointments using patient electronic medical records (EMR) management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client communication. Oversee audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance. Support patient experience by handling special requests and ensuring patient comfort throughout their appointment. Track office supplies, skincare inventory and refreshments and place orders as needed. Help complete documentation around prior authorizations, lab testing and billing - communicating with and faxing relevant partners. Qualifications Proven experience in medical setting with front desk operations, dermatology or medical aesthetics experience preferred. Prior knowledge of electronic medical records such as EZDerm or similar EMR platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address patient concerns efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette approach. Pay:
$42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
