Contract type Freelance Location Newport Beach, CA Specialty Retail Salary $35hr Remote No Reference 511681 Contact name Catherine Aranda Job description Well-known restaurant chain is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team for an immediate freelance role Help create and maintain training materials for in-store teams.

Support learning content for operational updates, product launches, equipment changes, and technology rollouts.

Update core training resources used for onboarding, daily operations, and ongoing performance support.

Work with internal partners to gather information, clarify training needs, and organize content.

Edit and prepare learning assets for digital platforms, print distribution, and system uploads.

Assist with administrative tasks related to the learning management system.

Use strong writing, organization, and attention to detail to support effective training delivery.

Must be very proficient with Adobe InDesign and accustomed to designing documents in line with brand guidelines

Savvy with Photoshop and Illustrator as well as Rise and Storyline

Exceptional eye for detail

Ideal for candidates with experience in instructional design, training coordination, or operations support.
