Job Description
Duties:
In this position, the applicant will perform a wide range of analytical and clerical tasks, which may include but are not limited to:- Handling and coordinating the process of serving suits
- Generating reports and communicating over the phone and by email
- Drafting legal documents
- Collaborating with internal management and other personnel in regard to the suit process
- Monitoring and focusing on suit statuses
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Excellent judgment and discretion
- Strong time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently and take direction from others
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the work that is performed; willing to take the extra effort to get the job done right the first time.
- Graduation from high school or GED; some college or business school desirable. Why N&K?
