Overview Currently seeking an Executive/Office Assistant with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and willing to learn and grow in a fast and diverse working environment. You'll manage a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly, support team members, and ensure a professional environment for clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software to maintain organized records Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients, ensuring efficient time management Support office management functions including filing, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies inventory Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive client communication experiences Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare reports, and perform clerical duties that streamline office workflows Coordinate with team members on various administrative projects to enhance overall productivity and organization Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for managing financial records Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Strong verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and facilitate effective communication Demonstrated experience in office management, clerical work, data entry, and front desk responsibilities Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a supportive team environment. Pay:
