Job Description

Junior Estimator / Front Office Assistant We are a fast-paced collision repair shop in Brea seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Estimator / Front Office Assistant . This role supports the lead estimator with daily repair-planning tasks and assists the front office with customer service and administrative work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with collision repair experience who wants to grow into a full estimator role. ResponsibilitiesEstimator Support Assist the estimator with vehicle check-ins, photos, documentation, and pre-scan/post-scan tasks Help prepare preliminary estimates and repair plans (training provided) Communicate with customers regarding status updates and needed information Gather repair notes, parts needs, and supplement information as needed Support DRP and insurance documentation requirements Front Office Administrative Duties Answer phones, greet customers, and provide excellent customer service Manage intake paperwork, authorization forms, and drop-off procedures Update CCC ONE with notes, appointments, and repair status (training provided) Assist with scheduling, rental coordination, and daily workflow organization Perform filing, data entry, scanning, and general administrative duties Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive collision repair (required) (Body shop, estimator assistant, repair planning, parts coordinator, or related roles accepted) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; CCC ONE experience is a plus Valid Driver's License Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off Professional development and estimator training Clear growth path to Estimator /
