Pay Range $19 - 22, based on experience Summary Assisting the Home Services team with additional Home services such as: Re-keying and securing properties, winterizing/de-winterizing, lawn care, pool care, trash outs, sales cleans, storm protection and security. This position actively participates in the setting up and/or turning off of utilities for residential properties to include, but not limited to the following: Electric Gas Water Assist in processing Invoices, through the Check Request System Property Preservation & Utilities Coordinator Essential Functions Field general queries in person and by phone and email Participate in identifying and providing Home Services needed for distressed assets to include direct contact with utility companies, service providers, vendors and Realtors throughout the United States. Develop a thorough understanding of Home Services and Refurbishment and its functions, processes and operations. Openly communicate with internal contacts, sales/support departments and external contacts with customers and service providers. Perform other related assignments/projects as requested by the Home Services management team. Property Preservation & Utilities Coordinator Position Requirements Must be available to work in the office during standard business days (Monday - Friday). Successful candidates demonstrate the proven ability to think critically and creatively in order to determine and provide the best Home services for the subject property. Handle multiple property service requests requiring immediate action. Completing task(s) with great customer service. Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work as part of a team. Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach in a fast paced environment. Ability to manage a workload that will most likely include overtime hours. Strong clerical skills required in data input, invoice processing, heavy email and phone usage, documenting transactions and filing. Ability to work creatively and proactively with minimal supervision, comply with policies and procedures to protect, preserve and maintain properties. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook). This position requires the individual to be capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
