Job Description

Join our dynamic accounting team as an Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of Homeowners Associations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to gain the knoweldge in HOA accounting with room for growth in neighboring departments. You will be instrumental in supporting Accounts Payable and Recievables for each of our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about precision and customer service, this role is perfect for you! Greet and maintain relationships with industry partners and homeowners. Utilize multi-line high volume inbound call operations. Conduct data entry with high accuracy, maintaining detailed records of transactions and homeowner interactions. Collaborate with homeowners via phone or email to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing issues with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with accounts payable processes when necessary, supporting the overall revenue cycle management. Proven experience in accounting, related to homeowners' association is a plus! Strong understanding of team project collaborations and willing to learn anything. Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail for data entry, journal entries, and account analysis is advantageous. Effective negotiation skills paired with strong phone etiquette for customer service interactions. Pay:
From $22.50 per hour
