Job Summary Working with the Chief People Officer, this position assists with general office duties for the entire People Operations department to include, but not limited to, project tracking, preparing and organizing administrative records, data entry, process incoming and outgoing mail for all of DAP Health.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Essential Duties/Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing department mail. Process invoices and prepare check requests via DocuSign. Process credit card reconciliation including coding and inputting receipts. Manage department calendars and keep them up to date; Take minutes of meetings as requested; Assist with creating meeting agendas; Manage incoming People Operations email group and direct to appropriate person in department; Organize People Operations SharePoint; Create templates and forms for department; Assist with tracking and reporting status of job projects and strategic goals. Order and distribute office supplies as requested. Manage monthly employee birthday cards processing. Set up meetings via Teams; Assist with managing Policy Tech for department. Remind team members of policy review dates and assist with proofreading. Assist with worker's compensation reporting and compile monthly report. Assist with ergonomic program supply requests. Work with department directors and managers to ensure monthly board report is submitted on time. Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have strong written communication skills including written and verbal. Must have good analytical skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented. Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Suite.Education and Experience:
Some college preferred.
