Single family homes and some apartment units. Market rent and some Section 8. Hourly wage depends on qualifications. We are looking for a solid and values-oriented candidate that wants to build a long term and stable career. Real estate license helpful but not required. Ideally, candidate should have a minimum of 2 years property management experience or equivalent college level education. Our office also engages in real estate sales and brokerage. Position also entails administrative assistance relating to these operations. Office is located in West Palmdale Commerce Business Park. Position involves some driving to meet applicants, inspectors, vendors, etc. This is not a resident manager position. Must be highly dependable, punctual, honest, fair minded, self motivated, highly skilled, excellent communicator, detail oriented, and have a positive demeanor.
