Job Description

Animal Eye Care is seeking a dependable and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide front-desk, administrative, and record organization support. This is a full-time, on-site position in a busy veterinary specialty practice.

Pleasanton, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM-6:00
PM Position Type:
Full-time temporary position through August 31st
Start Date:
Immediately Compensation:
$18-22/hour Responsibilities Welcome and check in clients and patients Scan, organize, and file documents Pull and prepare medical records Assist with general front-desk and administrative duties Answer phones and route client questions as appropriate Support the team with other clerical tasks as needed Qualifications Available to start immediately and work full-time through August 31st Able to work Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM-6:00 PM in Pleasanton Comfortable working around animals Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Friendly and professional when interacting with clients Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and office equipment Prior administrative, front-desk, or veterinary experience is helpful but not required This position is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, stay organized, and provide reliable support in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
