At GuROO, our mission is to deliver exceptional financial, program management, and technical project management support services to our customers across California and beyond. We are committed to ensuring strategic alignment, mitigating risk, monitoring performance, and fostering effective communication across departments. The Administrative Assistant position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records and payroll. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to executive staff
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics
  • Assist with budgeting processes and payroll support
  • Maintain and update personnel records
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing charts and presentation materials
  • Support day-to-day office management operations
Here's What You'll Need:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in administrative support and office management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Active Secret security clearance
