Role:
Scheduling and maintaining appointments for staff. Maintain company website and emails. Maintain company calendar or specific employees' calendar. Helping clients or customers if they have any questions or helping visitors locate the correct office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, insurance carriers, and other employees. Answering calls and relaying messages from parents and/or insurance carriers. Assist with data entry, client onboarding, and new staff onboarding. Take inventory of office supplies and place orders accordingly, general office upkeep. Processing incoming bills and payments. Participate in-office meetings or webinars and take notes and/ or draft meeting minutes that participants can refer to later on. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one support in various settings, including homes and community locations. The role involves implementing behavior plans and training caregivers. This position requires an RBT License to ensure effective service delivery. We believe in an integrated approach to foster positive change in our clients' lives, serving individuals from ages 2 through adulthood.
Duties:
Work hours vary based on client age and needs, typically in the afternoons, evenings, and occasionally on weekends or at school sites. Flexible schedules make this ideal for teachers, students, and parents with relevant experience. Candidates must be board-certified by the BACB; training will be provided for those without certification. Spanish speakers and Tricare-certified individuals are a plus.
Job type:
Contract Full or Part-time. Pay of $17-25 per hour depending on experience.
Required Experiences:
Applied Behavior Analysis/Paraprofessional - 1 year.
Required License or Certification:
Active RBT certificate. Active BLS certificate. Drivers License and Insurance.
Required Education:
High school diploma. Mandatory for all
