$500/week + separate pay for covered shifts + mileage reimbursement Job Description We are looking for a reliable and flexible Team Lead to support clients, families, and caregivers throughout the Bay Area. The Team Lead will serve as the main bridge between our clients/families and the company. Responsibilities Be available to assist with caregiver call-outs and shift coverage. Complete initial assessments for new clients. Conduct monthly evaluations with assigned clients. Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and the Client Services Team. Address client/family concerns and communicate updates to management. Help ensure quality and continuity of services. Travel throughout the Bay Area as needed. Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Willing to travel throughout the Bay Area. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently. Home care, caregiving, healthcare, or client-service experience preferred. Compensation $500/week for Team Lead duties. Any shifts covered will be paid separately from the Team Lead pay. Mileage for approved work-related travel will be reimbursed.
