Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and events.
- Handle office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies when needed.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and projects.
- Verify and compile timesheets for all employees and contract workers, maintaining detailed Excel reports with employee names, hours, and wages.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, managing petty cash, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist with employee on-boarding and maintaining employee records.
- Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and other logistics as required.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and assist in implementing new procedures as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor of warehouse operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
