Qualifications Fluent in Chinese and English , both spoken and written Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office and other common office software Familiar with major U.S. and Chinese social media platforms Responsible, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently Friendly, outgoing, communicative, and patient Strong communication and organizational skills Previous office administration, education, customer service, or social media experience is a plus Job Responsibilities Communicate and coordinate with relevant government and regulatory agencies regarding school documents, updates, submissions, and related administrative matters Assist with student recruitment and enrollment Promote the school and its programs through various U.S. and Chinese social media platforms Assist students with registration and enrollment procedures Respond to emails and student inquiries Organize, maintain, and update student and school records Prepare, update, and process various school administrative documents and forms Assist with daily office operations and other administrative tasks as needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, organized, and able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with students and external agencies, handling administrative documents, using different online platforms, and managing multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner. Bilingual Chinese/English is required.
