$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Sacramento office. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who excels at multitasking, communication, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to management and staff while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Perform data entry and update company databases and records.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office events.

Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documentation.

Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate office maintenance needs.

Assist with onboarding activities and support HR-related administrative functions.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
