Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally upon arrival. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings to ensure seamless office operations. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records. Support office management activities by assisting with mail distribution, supply inventory, and basic administrative duties. Dispatch calls to technicians and ensure follow-up Maintain a tidy front desk area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly. Skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively. Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Excellent phone answering skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client communication professionally. Capable of typing accurately and efficiently while proofreading documents for errors. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Personal assistant experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in supporting team needs. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
