Collections / Office Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage accounts receivable by following up on overdue invoices, sending reminders, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update our CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a productive office environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, with additional experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and billing software.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
