In this hybrid role, you will serve as both the welcoming face of our front office and a hands-on clinical support team member, keeping our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and with deep compassion.

Fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative medical practiceKey Responsibilities Front Office & Patient Intake:
Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins, guide paperwork completion, and handle multi-line phone calls promptly and professionally.Financial Operations:
Accurately check, verify, and collect copays and patient balances at the time of service.Insurance Management:
Verify insurance eligibility and leverage a strong working knowledge of various health insurance plans and referral processes.Clinical Support:
Assist medical assistants and healthcare providers with daily workflows, ensuring minimal patient wait times.Patient Vitals:
Accurately obtain, record, and enter patient vitals in a timely manner.Team Collaboration:
Jump in wherever needed across the clinic to support your teammates and maintain a smooth, efficient operation.Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Previous background working in a busy medical practice or clinical setting (Medical Assistant or front office medical experience required).Insurance Expertise:
Strong, demonstrated understanding of insurance verification, copay collection, and referral workflows.Multitasking:
Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume (80+ patients/day) environment without ever sacrificing accuracy.Communication & Demeanor:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with a kind, tolerant, positive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.Adaptability:
