The role offers part-time hours and is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, communicates well, and takes initiative.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support to create an organized and welcoming office environment.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform administrative work such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and other day-to-day clerical support tasks.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain paper and digital records to ensure documents are accessible and up to date.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and assist with arranging internal meetings and team discussions.
  • Monitor email communications, share timely updates, and help maintain smooth information flow across the office.
  • Support meeting logistics by preparing materials, confirming details, and assisting with follow-up actions as needed.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to complete reports, correspondence, and administrative assignments efficiently.
