Pay:
$19-$21 an hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Office Clerk to provide administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems. Assist with office supply inventory and ordering. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Support office staff with special projects and general administrative duties. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Previous clerical, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Experience with office phone systems and scheduling software. Bilingual skills are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and use office equipment for extended periods.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $21.00
