E4 Utility Design is a consulting firm specializing in dry utility coordination for commercial development projects throughout the United States. We partner with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and utility providers to help bring projects from concept through construction by managing the complex utility coordination process. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to become an integral part of our support team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating an organized, professional, and positive workplace Primary Responsibilities Assist with general office operations including: Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Ordering / Shopping
for and restocking office and kitchen supplies. Coordinate office maintenance and building-related matters with the landlord. Coordinate with vendors, IT consultants, HR consultant and other third-party service providers to manage office-related issues. Assist with planning company meetings, employee appreciation events, holiday celebrations, team lunches, and other company functions. Support onboarding of new employees by coordinating workstations, equipment, and office access. Troubleshoot general office issues and ensure timely resolution. Perform data entry and office administrative tasks. Assist administrative staff with special projects and additional office support as needed. Qualifications Required Minimum of 1 year of Office Management, Operations, or Administrative experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Professional, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
