Front Office Assistant Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm Help Set the Tone for the Whole Office The front office is where people get their first impression of a business and we're looking for a Front Office Assistant who can make that experience feel professional, organized, and welcoming. You'll be involved in more than answering phones and greeting visitors. You'll help coordinate the flow of people, information, meetings, deliveries, and day-to-day requests, while providing practical support to the wider office team. We're looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action, takes pride in presentation, and can spot what needs to be done before it becomes a problem. A Typical Week Could Involve Welcoming visitors and helping them get to the right person or place Managing incoming calls, messages, and general front-office enquiries Coordinating visitor arrivals, appointments, and meeting-room requirements Preparing meeting spaces before clients, visitors, or internal teams arrive Managing incoming deliveries, courier collections, and office correspondence Keeping front-office information, contact details, and visitor records up to date Helping coordinate refreshments, materials, and practical requirements for meetings Responding to routine requests from employees and directing more complex matters appropriately Supporting office events, team meetings, and other activities taking place on-site Checking that shared front-office areas are organized, stocked, and ready for use Assisting with documents, printing, scanning, filing, and other administrative requests Following up on outstanding front-office tasks and keeping relevant people informed Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, administration, retail, office coordination, scheduling, or another people-facing role can transfer well into this position. What matters most is that you're professional, dependable, comfortable communicating with different people, and able to keep several small details moving at the same time. You should be comfortable using email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, and standard workplace systems. Training will be provided on company procedures and internal systems.
