Description Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to leadership and departments in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities

+ Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managers, and cross-functional teams

+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

+ Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents

+ Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics

+ Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

+ Maintain files, records, and databases with a high degree of accuracy

+ Assist with project coordination, reporting, and special administrative initiatives

+ Support office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination

+ Help organize team events, leadership meetings, and departmental communications

+ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Qualifications + 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a senior or executive support capacity

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

+ Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

+ High level of professionalism and attention to detail

+ Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset Preferred Qualifications

+ Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

+ Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple departments
