This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in social services administration, and a passion for empowering underserved communities. As a key leader, you will manage staff, develop programs, ensure compliance, and foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Your energetic approach will drive program excellence and create a supportive environment for both staff and clients. Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and management of social service programs tailored to individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff to ensure high performance, professional growth, and adherence to organizational standards Oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and trust Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation Develop new initiatives to enhance service delivery and address emerging community needs Maintain accurate documentation, write reports, and ensure all program activities meet compliance standards Requirements Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges Strong relationship management skills to foster positive partnerships with clients, families, staff, and community organizations Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, program development, and staff supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes Supervisory experience in social services or related fields; previous leadership roles in social service program management preferred Experience working with underserved communities; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of social work practices, behavioral health principles, and compliance regulations governing social services programs Excellent written communication skills for report writing and client correspondence Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a STRTP Administrator to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities while leading a passionate team dedicated to social service excellence.
