In-Office Pay Range:

$25•27/hour Opportunity for Growth Bear Electrical Solutions, a GreenArrow company, is looking for a detail-oriented Labor Compliance Administrative Assistant to support our California public works and prevailing wage compliance efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been exposed to public works construction, prevailing wage projects, certified payroll reporting, or DIR-related processes and is looking to continue growing their career in construction administration and compliance. This is an administrative support role focused on documentation, certified payroll uploads, compliance tracking, and supporting active public works projects. You do not need to be a senior certified payroll specialist or payroll processor to succeed in this role — but you should have familiarity with prevailing wage/public works environments and be comfortable working in web-based systems and documentation platforms. What You'll Do Upload and track certified payroll reports through the California DIR portal and other compliance platforms Support labor compliance documentation for active public works projects Assist with prevailing wage reporting and project compliance tracking Maintain organized and accurate compliance records Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to collect required documentation Help monitor project deadlines and ensure timely submissions Support audit preparation and document management efforts What We're Looking For Required Experience At least 1 year of experience working in: Public works construction Prevailing wage projects Construction administration Certified payroll support Labor compliance support Preferred Experience Familiarity with: California DIR website/portal Certified payroll reporting Prevailing wage environments LCP Tracker, Elations, or similar systems Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and web-based systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects Strong communication and follow-up skills Reliable and dependable in an in-office environment Why Join Bear Electrical Solutions & GreenArrow?
