If you enjoy working with students and families, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer phone calls, emails, and WeChat inquiries in both English and Mandarin Schedule appointments, classes, and meetings Assist with student registration, enrollment, and payment processing Maintain accurate student records and administrative documents Coordinate with teachers and counselors regarding schedules and classroom needs Prepare educational materials and office communications Support seminars, workshops, and special events Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred Experience in an educational setting is a plus
