Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff members or executives Assist with bookkeeping activities, including basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks Provide customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general administrative support Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while delivering high-quality clerical assistance Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflows Experience Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of office experience or related clerical roles. Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is highly desirable. Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and multi-line phone systems is essential. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff. Required skills include excellent organizational abilities, time management skills, proficiency in typing and data entry, strong attention to detail for proofreading tasks, and effective phone etiquette. Candidates with personal assistant experience or background as a medical or dental receptionist will find this role aligns well with their expertise. A demonstrated capacity for multitasking in fast-paced environments combined with professional communication will ensure success in this position.
