On-site — this position is not eligible for telecommuting Job Summary We are seeking a Branch Office Support Representative to support the daily operations of our branch office and management team. This position combines customer service, administrative support, data entry, patient coordination, and equipment preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with patients and customers, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Sales team with patient documentation and processing requirements. Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and in person. Assist with patient intakes, appointment confirmations, and scheduling. Review customer information and assist with processing and delivery coordination. Complete post-delivery work order confirmations and data entry. Assist with Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) class coordination and paperwork. Perform downloads from respiratory monitoring devices as directed, including apnea monitors, oximeters, and CPAP devices. Perform functional tests on certain respiratory equipment as required. Support audit and documentation requests. Assist with the overnight oximetry program. Collect billing and payment information when needed. Assist patients with equipment setup and returns. Explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses to patients. Process payments and reconcile daily receivables. Perform scanning, filing, faxing, and general administrative duties. Assist with warehouse and patient equipment preparation. Make outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referral sources. Order office supplies and inventory as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of office-related experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working with computers and performing data entry. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional and compassionate approach when working with patients and customers. Why Join Us?
