Please read the full job description before applying. This is a hands-on, cross-trained position with a significant learning curve . There is a lot to learn, and we do not expect someone to know everything immediately — we provide training. However, we are looking for someone who is comfortable learning new information, retaining what they have been taught, asking questions, taking direction, and gradually becoming more independent in their role. Our office can become very busy, and this position requires someone who can stay organized, maintain accuracy, and remain productive while handling multiple responsibilities. About the Role You will be trained in multiple areas of the practice, including patient therapies, assisting the doctors, documentation, front desk check-in and checkout, scheduling, scanning, and administrative support. Because we invest a considerable amount of time in training, we are specifically looking for someone who wants a long-term position and is interested in growing with our team. Back Office & Patient Care Assist patients with therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and traction as directed by the doctor. Assist doctors during patient visits, including documenting care and accurately managing EMR records. Prepare patients for treatment and adjustments. Take and record patient vitals, including blood pressure and pulse. Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and organized. Learn office procedures and treatment protocols and consistently follow them. Front Office & Administrative Support This is not strictly a back-office position . All team members are cross-trained and expected to help where needed.
You will also learn to:
Check patients in and out. Answer phone calls. Schedule appointments. Scan and organize documents. Assist with basic administrative tasks. Help answer patient questions within the scope of your training. Support other areas of the office when needed. Office & Facility Responsibilities Everyone on our team helps maintain the office.
Responsibilities include:
Keeping treatment rooms and common areas clean and organized. Restocking supplies. Taking out trash. Mopping bathrooms and assisting with other routine cleaning/closing duties. Helping coworkers complete end-of-day responsibilities.
Schedule Required availability:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Monday:
8:45 AM-12:30 PM and 2:45 PM-6:00
PM Wednesday:
8:45 AM-12:30 PM and 2:45 PM-6:00
PM Friday:
8:15 AM-12:00 PM and 2:45 PM-5:30 PM Training Availability During the training period, additional availability on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays is needed. Training is generally scheduled between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on those days. This Position May Be a
Good Fit If You:
Are dependable and punctual and understand that consistent attendance is extremely important. Learn quickly and are willing to put effort into learning a role with a lot of information. Can take direction, accept feedback, and apply what you have been taught. Have strong attention to detail, especially when documenting patient care. Can multitask without losing track of important details. Are comfortable in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day. Are proactive and willing to find ways to help rather than waiting to be given every task. Are comfortable being on your feet for much of the day. Are willing to help with both patient care and routine office cleaning. Enjoy working as part of a team and understand that "that's not my job" is not how our office operates. Are genuinely looking for long-term employment , not a temporary position. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Healthcare or chiropractic experience is helpful but not required . Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Ability to learn and accurately follow detailed procedures. Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with patients. Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the practice. What We Offer Extensive hands-on training — we will teach the right person. Experience in both clinical and front-office operations. Opportunities for increased responsibility and growth for dependable, high-performing team members. Supportive, team-focused work environment. Employee discount. Flexible scheduling outside of required shifts. On-the-job training. We are happy to train someone without chiropractic experience. What we cannot train is reliability, effort, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. If you are looking for a long-term position, enjoy learning, and want to become an important part of a busy healthcare team, we would love to hear from you.
