Aarris Healthcare is currently seeking a polished and compassionate In Home Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for client through attentive, respectful, and personalized care. Responsibilities Managing and organizing clients calendars and schedule appointments. Handles errands, personal tasks, assist in managing household. Safely transport client to appointments, errands, and social activities, Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene, always preserving the client's dignity and privacy. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment. Tasks including light cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal belongings. Prepare meals and assist client during meal times. Provide gentle reminders to ensure client follow their medication schedules. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or confusion. Support client with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia through specialized memory care techniques. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for elderly care. Driver License with auto insurance. First aid certification. Knowledge of Alzheimer's or Dementia care.
