Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Firm's operations. This position offers a competitive starting compensation commensurate with experience. Responsibilities:
Answer phones Process Mail Seat clients Receive, process, and run conflict checks Record and send communication to respective people regarding conflict checks Prepare New File Memos Open files for new matters Distribute mail Mail processing Mail to Post Office Post Office runs FedEx/UPS packages Clean, inventory and stock kitchen Tidy and stock copy rooms Assist with in‑office marketing/networking events Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and accounting information Other duties as assigned About the
Candidate:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associate's degree is preferred
  • Prior experience working in the legal field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
  • Experience working with a multi-line telephone system
  • English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
