Leading electronics testing company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment A leading electronics testing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, business operations, and business development support to a design engineering software team.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development team by coordinating meetings, calls, events, and travel arrangements, placing purchase orders according to the approval process, supporting team OPEX management, and assisting with regular list price and product pricing updates. Provide administrative support for business operations, including purchasing, invoice processing, expense reporting, and basic budget tracking, while maintaining electronic records, contracts, templates, and shared team documents. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and other internal teams, help document and improve administrative procedures and operational workflows, support internal events, workshops, and team meetings, and assist with ad hoc operational projects and other logistics. Manage calendars, meeting schedules, correspondence, and recurring team activities, monitor shared inboxes and direct requests to the appropriate team member, prepare professional documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, and proactively anticipate needs and resolve scheduling or coordination issues. Support new employee onboarding processes, team IT-related requests, and policy-related questions, while handling sensitive business and personal information with discretion.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in administration, business operations, sales support, project coordination, or a related role. Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets and presentation software. (H)
