)POSITION SUMMARY
The Support Admin Assistant I provides administrative and operational support to ensure effective store communication, accurate promotional signage, and smooth daily store operations. This role assists store leadership by coordinating point-of-sale (POS) signage execution, supporting store communications, maintaining administrative systems and supplies, and helping ensure promotional programs are implemented accurately and on time. The position works closely with store leadership, department teams, and corporate partners to support store operations and maintain an organized and efficient store environmentESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Print, prepare, install, and maintain point-of-sale signage and promotional materials throughout the store to ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards. All produce signs must have COOL information on them, even if the individual item has the country of origin label on the PLU label. Receive and check in weekly poster delivery and return posters to Corporate in a timely manner. Monitor signage and displays across the sales floor, including end caps, stacks, lobby displays, employee and customer-facing TV displays, and other promotional areas, replacing outdated or damaged signage as needed. Scan displays and promotional areas to verify price accuracy and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate departments. Print, prepare, and display promotional signage and supplemental materials for weekly ads, email promotions, store events, and other marketing initiatives. Capture and submit store display photos or other reporting as required for corporate communication and promotional tracking. Answer store phones promptly and professionally, direct calls to the appropriate department, and ensure messages are communicated as needed. Distribute internal mail and store communications and post employee communications provided by HR or corporate departments. Check the customer service box daily and distribute requests to appropriate people. Maintain store office supplies, signage materials, and administrative inventory, including placing orders through approved vendors or systems as needed. Assist employees with uniform ordering, distribute uniform orders, and maintain store-level inventory of uniform items. Maintain office equipment such as printers and copiers by replenishing supplies and monitoring functionality. Assist employees with locating and accessing company resources and information such as employee systems, communications, or workplace materials. Provide support to store leadership with administrative and operational tasks that contribute to effective store operations and promotional execution. Provide limited operational assistance to front-end teams during high-traffic periods when requested. Follow company safety procedures and immediately report safety hazards or concerns to store leadership. Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned and attend required trainings or meetings. Work closely with Store Leadership team and Corporate Graphics and Marketing Department. Perform other related duties as assigned.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 18 years of age. Proven experience with Adobe CS program is preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with store leadership and team members Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems Basic math skillsEDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES
High School Diploma or General Education (GED).PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT

Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to or over 50-pound items and regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25-pound items.In a typical work day:
constant standing and walking.Work requires the following motions:
standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching. Bending and twisting at the waist and neck. Reaching above and below the shoulders. Hand use includes single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures from working in and around freezers, coolers, refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, grills, barbeques, and other equipment inside and outside of the store in all weather conditions. Consistent work in wet and dry conditions. May require use of ladders or step stools. Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals, gas, fumes, and other chemicals. Work with and around tools and equipment including but not limited to knives, personal protective equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, six-wheel carts, balers, and other store equipment. Intermittent noise from equipment and machinery. Required to wear non-slip, water- and oil-resistant closed-toe shoes.DISCLAIMER
