Job Description
We are currently seeking additional support within our administrative department and are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word, along with the ability to quickly learn new software systems. Ability to address and respond to common client inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. High level of reliability and dependability. Capability to manage incoming calls and proactively communicate important information to clients in a timely manner. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Data Entry skills a must. This position is M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $22.00
