Office Assistant Makenna Koffee Company Simi Valley, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Sourcing Procurement Clerical experience Appointment scheduling Time management Full Job Description Job Overview •Not a seasonal position•As an office assistant, you will help out our Makenna team in the office with opening new store locations and general administrative duties. You will support administrative, operational and construction operations, such as responding to emails, implementing organizational system, getting quotes, maintaining inventory, ensuring deadlines are being met, license and permit procurement, etc.
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence Organize files, documents, and records Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks Support with travel arrangements, errands, and personal tasks Provide general office support and assist with various projects Procure licenses and permits for upcoming locations Work closely with general contractors and construction teams to ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines Assist in contract negotiation and sourcing new vendors Attend appointments to oversee installations and operations are completedQualifications:
