  • Provide general admin support to sales team. Salary
  • $17•23 + benefits (Health 70% employer covered , dental 30% employer covered, Simple IRA) and PTO after 60 day probation period Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Processing invoices and/or Delivery Tickets • Delivery paperwork sorting to distribution trays for dispatch • Order entry, fast and accurate typing, processing, follow up • Phone calls and general office duties • Communicate with sales and operations teams.
  • Handling customer queries and needs via phone, email, and general correspondence
  • Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Process will calls and COD customers paying by cash or checks
  • Accurately complete all assigned paperwork and documentation on a timely basis according to policies and procedures
  • Accurately complete all assigned duties and projects in a timely manner.
Requirements:
College degree preferred Mandarin or Cantonese preferred Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred (Training will be provided) Key Qualifications Punctual Proficient with 10 key 8000KPH , and typing (30 words/min), word processing and excel Good communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Initiative Multitask Knowledge of Acumatica is a plus.
