Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic biotechnology company seeking an Entry-Level Office Assistant / Workplace Coordinator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, eager to learn, and excited to build their career in a professional, fast-paced biotech environment.

You don't need years of experience to succeed in this position. We are open to recent college graduates and early-career professionals who bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Assist with meeting room setup, catering, and office events.

Support basic office moves, furniture arrangements, and workplace organization.

Coordinate with building management, janitorial services, maintenance, and other vendors as needed.

Assist employees with basic workplace requests and direct questions to the appropriate team.

Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when needed.

Provide administrative support to the HR, People, Facilities, and/or Operations teams.

Help maintain workplace documentation, calendars, and basic spreadsheets.

Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

QualificationsRecent college graduate or 1+ year of office, customer service, administrative, hospitality, or workplace experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professional, friendly, and service-oriented personality.

Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and willing to be hands-on.

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
