Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(including, but not limited to) Create & maintain active job folders, material tracking log, and field work-orders Prepare change orders for Project Manager's approval Create & track material, shop drawings submittals, and RFIs Create & maintain online drawing folders (Skysite) Create job closeout documents Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders Coordinate Permitting Process Track Field Work Orders, Warranty, and Service Calls Regular, full-time attendance, ability to follow instructions of management, strong communication, and ability to demonstrate logic to analyze information and changing circumstances.QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to create and manipulate PDF documents in Bluebeam Able to key-punch and type efficiently Strong time management and organizational skills Possess high attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency Able to work independently to complete various assigned daily tasks. Able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all team members. Willing to learn and take on additional responsibility Construction or purchasing experience preferred.WHAT WE OFFER
