Job Description

Your Tax Coach is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to manage email correspondence and coordinate rental property operations for one of our owners, along with broader administrative support as needed. This role blends inbox management with hands-on coordination of physical properties, so it suits someone comfortable moving between digital admin work and vendor/tenant-facing tasks. Key Responsibilities Email & Inbox Management Monitor and triage email accounts daily Flag, prioritize, and respond to routine correspondence on the executive's behalf Draft replies for review/approval on higher-stakes items Maintain inbox organization (folders, labels, follow-up tracking) Escalate time-sensitive items promptly Rental Property Coordination Serve as point of contact for tenants on maintenance requests, lease questions, and general communication Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits across properties Track rent collection status and flag late or missing payments Maintain lease renewal calendar and follow up on upcoming expirations Coordinate with contractors, property managers, or vendors as needed Keep a running log of property-related expenses and documentation General Administrative Support Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and calendar management as needed Support ad hoc administrative projects for the executive Maintain confidentiality of all financial, personal, and business information Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or property coordination role Strong written communication skills (this role manages tone and judgment in the executive's voice) Comfortable juggling digital admin work and vendor/tenant-facing coordination Highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight Experience with property management software a plus, email platforms, and general office tools Discretion with sensitive personal and financial information
Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
